001 / Service

Servicing

Interim and full services to manufacturer schedules.

Oil and filter changes, plugs, air and pollen filters, brake fluid, coolant top-ups - the full schedule, logged in your service book. All makes and models, including diesels, hybrids and most modern petrols. If your car's coming up to a major service interval, we'll talk you through what's actually needed versus what can wait.

002 / Service

MOT prep & repair

We don't test MOTs - but we fix what's needed to pass one.

Bring your car in before the test and we'll go through it the way a tester would: brakes, tyres, lights, suspension, emissions, wipers, seatbelts. Anything that'd fail, we flag and fix first. Already failed? Send us the certificate on WhatsApp and we'll quote the work to get it through.

003 / Service

Brakes

Pads, discs, calipers, fluid. Fitted same day where parts are in stock.

Squealing brakes, soft pedal, pulling to one side - bring it in. We use OEM or quality aftermarket parts (your choice) and bed them in properly before you collect. Brake fluid checked and changed where it's gone dark or overdue.

004 / Service

Clutch & gearbox

Slipping clutch, juddering bite, gear selection issues - we diagnose first.

Sometimes a clutch issue is just hydraulics; sometimes it's the full kit. We'll diagnose before quoting. Dual-mass flywheels checked and replaced where worn - the right job done once. Gearbox repairs and rebuilds handled in-house where possible, with honest advice when a rebuild isn't economical.

005 / Service

Diagnostics

Engine warning lights, electrical gremlins, intermittent faults.

We plug in, read codes, trace the actual fault and explain it in plain English. No guesswork billed to you - we'd rather take an extra hour finding the real problem than throw parts at it. Most diagnoses are quoted before any further work is authorised.

006 / Service

Exhausts & lights

Exhausts, catalytic converters, lambda sensors. All bulbs and lights.

Blowing exhaust, MOT-fail emissions, dim headlights, flickering rear lights - all in a day's work. We replace exhaust sections, fit cats and lambdas, and sort headlight, indicator, brake and reverse-light bulbs (including the awkward LED units).

007 / Service

Engine repairs

Timing belts, head gaskets, oil leaks, cooling system, EGR work.

From a leaking rocker cover to a snapped timing belt - we work on all marques. Major engine work is always quoted before we start, and we'll be straight with you if a repair isn't economical. Sometimes the honest answer is 'this isn't worth fixing'.

008 / Service

Suspension & steering

Bearings, bushes, shocks, springs, track-rods. Smooth ride, straight tracking.

Knocking over bumps, drifting steering, uneven tyre wear - usually suspension or steering. We diagnose on the ramp, show you what's worn, and quote before fitting. Geometry / tracking adjusted where needed once parts are in.
