What we collect

• Your name and phone number when you contact us by WhatsApp or phone.
• Your vehicle registration plate if you choose to share it. Registration plates are treated as personal data under UK GDPR.
• Details about your vehicle and the work needed - so we can quote and carry out repairs.
• Basic technical information about your visit (anonymous analytics) if you accept cookies.

Why and on what basis

• Replying to enquiries and quoting work - legitimate interest (you've asked us for a quote or service).
• Carrying out the repair you've booked - performance of a contract.
• Keeping a record of work done - legal obligation (tax records) and legitimate interest (warranty / follow-up).
• Anonymous website analytics - your consent (you can reject these cookies).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months. Records of completed work and invoices: 6 years (required by HMRC). You can ask us to delete anything we hold that isn't legally required.

Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies so the site works (saving your cookie choice, for example). With your consent we may add anonymous analytics cookies. You can change your mind any time by clearing your browser's storage for this site.

Who we share with

We don't sell your data. We share it only where necessary: with parts suppliers when ordering parts for your repair, with our accountant for tax, and with HMRC where required.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to certain uses. Speak to Shahbaz on 07563 801612 or message us on WhatsApp and we'll respond within one month.

Complaints

If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first and we'll try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) - the UK's data protection regulator.
